Here we hope to provide audio offerings of topics inspired from years of great conversations with various teachers, therapists/psychologists, religious figures, and philosophers.

We’re hoping that this can be a resource for you in case you just need a little nudge or if you have 5 to 10 minutes to reflect on something.

Have a look around. We would like to make this as interactive as possible. If you have a topic or question that you would like to hear about, please send us an email.

Our library is made up of 6 “bookshelves” which we will be working on filling:

  1.  Relationships: your relationship to yourself, friends, romantic partners, family, children, and the world.

  2. Things to Ponder: topics having to do with spirituality/psychology such as how to grieve a loss, discern unconscious patterns, cultivate joy in the midst of suffering, etc.

  3.  Tools and Maps: things we’ve learned in the world’s religions and from psychology and neuroscience we’ve found helpful.

  4. Guided Visualizations: short visualizations that help you go from an outer focus to an inner focus and down shift to the center of yourself.

  5. Rituals: how to make rituals meaningful from weddings to baby blessings, to celebrations of life, to rights of passage.

  6. Wild Writing: a practice of nonstop 15 minute writing without editing. We’ll be sharing some of ours.

  7. Short Stories: just because we love telling stories and maybe you’d desire a bedtime story.
